Hi this is Rahma again or should I say lily !

Yes, from now on my name is lily Jefferson because we should have american names ( for racism reasons) and I chose to be lily.

I started working from 4 pm johny tought me how to open the podio we will be working on, he also set it up for me to work on EST. I only have one coworker his name is Jake he's been here for 3 months and it's also his first job he was so kind he tought me every thing and how to do voicemails and respond to call backs.

It was really a weird first working day the amount of times I got hanged up on my face ( Jake told me it's the least the do) that tought me how much americans are not that kind people as we see in movies, they won't hesitate hanging up on you of they don't want to talk to you. 

Jake got 17 nights today which got me so excited and motivated, and I got my first flag, god I was shaking from excitement but it failed to be a deal.

I also got to know the operation team they are 7 people who are responsible for getting the expos info , hotels pricing, companies attending and everything thing that the sales team works on . They're literally the nicest and the kindest people in the world, at first I was nervous because I'm the youngest of them but now I'm not.

Saturdays and Sundays are our weekend so I'll be study for college for them. Wish me luck and off course I will keep you updated.
