 Hi this is Rahma/ lily and today I made my first deal ever!!!

Yes you heard that correctly but before telling you everything about let me take you through my day.

Today's lesson was actually the importance of not asking the customers any yes or no questions because obviously the answer will be no and trust me I learned that lesson the hard way 

Jake my coworker left as I mentioned yesterday so I was left alone and it was pretty hard considering my the lake of experience , but I think I managed my situation pretty well( I ruined 2 call backs for Jake but keep that as a secret from him)

And now let's talk about my deal , it was literally the easiest thing ever her name was Dawn and I didn't even have to convince her anything once I said my name and the show name she told me Sha wants 3 rooms , I immediately transfered her to Johny to Close the deal , and long story short after a lot of shaking and anxiety I got my first 25 nights ever which is insane for a first deal/ job ever.

You won't believe me when I tell you how excited I was , gosh it was the best day of my life.

I really hope I get to make one more deal before the month ends, wish me luck and off course I will keep you updated.
